Ken Janson
Ken Janson has been immersed in his business, Exhibit Source of Maine, since 1990. Doing business as Nimlok Maine, Ken designs and sells modular exhibits for clients exhibiting at trade shows and conventions.
Janson’s 2016 diagnosis of esophageal cancer spun his life in a new direction. Ken’s memoir, Charting A Course Against Cancer: A Story of A Cancer Fundraising Volunteer’s Personal Journey was published in March of 2019, and chronicles his journey through diagnosis, treatment, surgery, and recovery. Charting A Course Against Cancer also takes a behind the scenes look at Mary’s Walk, a Saco, Maine, cancer fundraiser that Ken has been involved with since its inception in 1999.
Ken resides in Saco with his wife, Laurie, where they enjoy their family, sailing in the summer, and skiing in winter. Ken also plays drums and percussion in local bands and is devoted to fitness and living an active lifestyle.
